The Hampton Inn is a colonial facade hotel that has been constructed with exemplary architectural design. Situated in the Garden District, the Hampton Inn is a mere 2.5 miles west of the world famous French Quarter, and the St. Charles streetcar to the French Quarter is just outside the door. Set amidst the heart of one of the country's great historical districts, the hotel is central to most of the metropolitan area attractions including the Riverwalk, Superdome, Jackson Square, Audubon Park/Zoo and Downtown New Orleans. Many restaurants and shops are located nearby.
The hotel offers spacious guest rooms that are beautifully appointed and comfortable. The hotel staff is professional and helpful, catering to the individual needs of each guest. This property provides an array of services and amenities, so that guests can enjoy the comforts of home whether staying for a night, a week, a month or longer. Each room comes standard with coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, modem/data connections, iron/ironing board, voicemail, and much more. You'll have everything you need to enjoy a peaceable vacation at the Hampton Inn.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests it is necessary for the hotel to enforce the following policies during Mardi Gras:
All guests and their guests must have a wristband on to enter the hotel. You will be allowed four (4) wristbands per room. The front desk will have to put the wristband securely on all guests wrist. Wristbands must be worn at all times to enter the hotel. You will be allowed to purchase two (2) additional for $25.00 each over the length of your stay. There will be no replacement for last or stolen wristbands. Children under 12 do not need a wristband. At check in please give us the names of all occupants of the room. We will record their name and hold their wristband for them at the desk. If you wish to switch occupants names and wristbands you must let the front desk remove the wristband from your guest and the front desk must place one on someone else.
